Have The Cole
all to yourself.

Mornings and daytime are the primary rental windows. Evenings are reserved primarily for showings. All arrangements require confirmation.
Balcony / mezzanine or entire theater
Ask about hosting in the balcony/mezzanine, exclusive use of the entire theater, or a combination suited to your event. Layout, guest count and access will be discussed with you.
Private movie screenings
Bring your favorite people together for your own movie experience. Ask about future availability and screening arrangements.
Parties & celebrations
Plan a birthday, milestone or gathering with the theater all to yourselves. Tell us what you have in mind.

Before you make plans
Plan for mornings or daytime. Evening availability is limited by the showing schedule. Ask about setup and cleanup time when choosing a rental window.
Discuss your requirements in advance. Tell us about guest numbers, access needs, food and beverage plans, and any screening or production requirements. Availability, exclusions, advance-planning requirements and package terms will be confirmed before a booking.
Make it a pre-show gathering. Interested in a tailgate-style or pre-event experience followed by a showing? Ask us to explore what is possible for your group; this is subject to the schedule and approval.
